Field Service Representative (FSR) and Maintenance Technican (MT) Training
This intensive course is designed to teach a future FSR or MT the skills required to fully support fielded ECM equipment. By the end of the course the FSR will be able to:
- Deliver equipment operator training
- Provide specific advice on the use of RCIEDs
- Fault find ECM and other equipment installations
- Conduct first line repairs on ECM equipment
- Create and download waveforms
- Perform firmware/software upgrades
In addition, the MT will also be capable of:
- Conducting advanced fault analysis
- Calibrating the unit
- Conducting second line repairs
- Providing higher level advice on RCIEDs and equipment
