Operational Support
With vast in-theatre experience of preparing for, and mitigating the threat from, terrorist IED attacks, the HMS consulting services team is able to offer support to military clients in 
operational theatres as well as practical on-the-ground advice and guidance for commercial clients to help prepare for major events or specific threats. As well as working at a command and control level, our specialists are skilled in leading a team at operations level in order to gain results on the ground, in pre-event security and post-event analysis.
Civil Administration
At major events or in response to a critical event, the HMS consulting services division can offer on-site support to commercial clients. Services may include evaluation of event procedure, guidance on emergency arrangements or advice about threat-specific response planning.
Military Transformation
The HMS consulting services team can provide major command decision makers with key operational support in theatre. All command levels can be supported through this service which can boost confidence and competence among personnel facing the threat from IEDs on an operational level. Our consulting team is highly experienced in such environments and is, therefore uniquely placed to provide a high level of in-theatre direction.
Maritime
The maritime experts within the HMS consultancy team have operational experience and are up-to-date with the emerging maritime terrorism threat. They are experienced in military C-IED procedures and can offer maritime EOD capabilities to enhance both port and ship security. The maritime team offers clearance diving and operational support to clients.
