Counter-Terrorist Search
The programme is designed for members of the police and military and any other security agency staff who are to be involved in counter-terrorist search operations. Students will learn how to evaluate the terrorist threat and deal with a number of search operations from body searches, vehicles, buildings, routes through to identifying and understanding equipment used in search operations. All counter-terrorist search training combines written and practical tests with training exercises..
The courses can accommodate new, basic and advanced level operators and address all aspects of search methods and techniques as well as equipment usage. It is a theory and practice based programme and runs for 4-7 weeks.
